Returns and Refunds

At Demi's Krafts, every cake topper is made to order with care and attention to detail. As each item is custom-made and personalised to your specifications, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been placed.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described on the product page, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will review your case and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or full refund.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

• The fault or error must be on our part (e.g., incorrect design, spelling, or damage in transit).

• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

Please note:

• We cannot accept returns for errors made in the customer’s submitted text, colours, or design preferences once production has started.

• Slight variations in colour or finish may occur due to screen settings and materials — these do not constitute faults.
